How to find us


The new building of the Department of Biotechnology of Delft University of Technology, will be the venue of the symposium. The address is: Building 58, Van der Maasweg 9, 2629 HZ Delft, The Netherlands. The building can be reached walking, by car or by bus (from Delft Train Station). You can reach us by...


The venue can be reached via public transport from Delft Central station by taking one of the following buses: 40, 69 or 179. Take any of these three buses until the stop at “TU – Kluyverpark”, from here it takes only three minutes to reach the building. If you are staying in the centre of Delft, instead of taking the bus at Delft Central station, you can take the same buses from a bus stop at Zuidpoort.


Walking from Delft Central Station is also possible and takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to take the train from Delft (Delft Central Station) to Delft Zuid (Southern Delft Station). From this station, walking to the venue takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes.


The building can be reached by car and offers free parking. The car park is be open during the time of the symposium and is free of charge. From outside of Delft, the venue can be reached via either of two highways (A4 or A13). Please add approximately 30 min to your driving time if you travel during rush hour.
